This is the first time we have come to the Waterloo since it was under new ownership. We sat on the patio with our 3 kids on a beautiful evening. Riri our server was awesome. Our kids all had mac and cheese and calamari to share. Portion sizes were great. Food was delicious. We live close by and will definitely be back.
Had a great time at Waterloo a few weeks ago! I enjoyed an Espresso Martini as well as Ri Ri's specialty drink shown in the photo. I will definitely have to go back and try their burger and fries next time.
Great burgers, great service. Owner was our server and very friendly. Burgers are highly recommended if you are a burger person, and much like the menu suggests "don't be discouraged by the color of the burgers". Very flavorful and cooked to perfection. Lunch a Tuesday wasn't busy at all so it was great to pop in quickly and go on with our day. PouPoutine was ok, not the best tasting gravy I've had.
Visited Waterloo Kitchen & Bar for a Family Day lunch, and it was an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious—we had the brisket sandwich, Mudroom Swiss burger, and Nashville sandwich, all of which were outstanding. The flavors were on point, and everything was cooked to perfection. The service was top-notch, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The atmosphere was great, with nice music and a solid beer selection. Can’t wait to come back and try the salmon and blackened chicken next time! Highly recommend!!
We had a bad experience in the fall at Waterloo Kitchen and Bar and were hesitant to come back. But I’m SO GLAD WE DID! New owners and it was great from the minute we walked in to the moment we left. Amazing and attentive customer service, excellent food, great drinks, lovely ambience! I had the Creole Chicken and he had the Momos and sweet potato fries. Both of us were super happy. We live in the neighborhood and will keep coming back!! You should try it too!!
I had such a great experience at Waterloo this past Friday. The venue is great for live music. Staff were FANTASTIC! Attentive and truly cared about their guests. Prices were very decent. Had the Steak Oscar. It can be hit or miss with having steak in a bar, but it was cooked to perfection. Pricing was decent for food too. I would DEFINITELY be back. Ashley's service was Awesome. Attentive and friendly. The owners were working just as hard to make the night a success. Thank you for a great night out! I will be back!
Had a great time; The food and ambience was amazing. Its a great place to hangout with friends and is also quite affordable. The service was quick. Ritu, our server, was very helpful and polite. She recommended some great dishes like the spinach dip and chicken wings that were delicious.
Wow! I can’t speak highly enough of this place! The menu is so creative and portions are very generous - I had the Mahi Mahi and it was hands down delicious.. my partner’s Buddha Bowl was super fresh and tasty.. we want to try it all! Server was attentive and friendly and the atmosphere is very cool with funky decor and great music. Overall, it was a pretty outstanding experience.. definitely nothing like this place in the area - so glad I discovered this gem! Highly recommended
